Europ Assistance chosen by Goldcar to provide travel assistance service

The roadside assistance company will handle any incidents for the more than 40,000 vehicles in Goldcar’s fleet.

Goldcar, a market leading company in holiday car hire in Europe, with its headquarters in Spain, designates Europ Assistance as an international provider for its travel assistance services. In this way, both companies strive for excellence in the quality of services offered to their customers.

With this collaboration Europ Assistance provides aid to customers who rent a vehicle from Goldcar agencies located in Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Croatia, Turkey and Greece. Assistance can, however, also be provided outside of these countries.

Included in the main cover offered by Europ Assistance to Goldcar vehicles are the following: towing in the event of an accident, breakdown, lack of fuel or refilling error, tyres, loss or theft of keys and flat battery.

Goldcar offers its customers the possibility of different types of assistance. In order to adapt the service provided by Europ Assistance to each particular need, customers can choose from the most basic care cover to the most complete.
