Goldcar joins the Sandra Ibarra Foundation in its work against cancer

It contributes to disseminate its “Diario de Vida” campaign and gives its hire vehicles in solidarity as logistical support for the “School of Survivors” created by the entity

Goldcar, a market leading company in the holiday vehicle rental market, supports the Sandra Ibarra Foundation for Solidarity Against Cancer in its “School of Survivors” initiative –  – through the solidarity support of their rental cars, as well as the promotion of their “Diario de Vida” campaign through their main offices in Spain.

The publication of the book “Diario de Vida” is one of the moves carried out by the “School of Survivors”, a pioneering project created by the Sandra Ibarra Foundation that, under the slogan #llenosdevida, aims to promote institutional healthcare plans for the “long term survivor” and offer society a vision of cancer from the perspective of those who have overcome this disease. The newspaper, which will materialise this autumn, will collect 27 real cases of survivors in order to convey a clear message of survival to cancer patients and their families and help them coexist with the disease in the best way possible by encouraging them to continue with their lives with enthusiasm and calmness.

The campaign, which aims to generate a large impact and an impression on society as a whole, has the support of Goldcar, who will contribute to the dissemination of the same through different methods in its main offices in Spain, thus reinforcing its commitment. Likewise, Goldcar, as part of its commitment to society and this disease, will jointly transfer its rental vehicles to the Sandra Ibarra Foundation in order to cover the logistical needs arising from the development of the various projects covered by the “School of Survivors”.
